All Work and Play

We have consciously striven to create a "fun at workplace" environment. Furthermore, special mentor programs are instituted to facilitate smooth team integration and resolution of business issues and concerns.

At Vas technologies, employees are not confined to their desks. Life here is brimming with events all through the year to keep the employees charged and to give them the work life balance from the otherwise hectic and monotonous work life.
An events calendar is drawn in the beginning of the year with a number of events that would take place all round the year for the employees.. The calendar features Picnics, Treks Outings for Employees Children and Fun Matches. Other than these, there are other celebrations like Deepawali, Ugadi, Sankrati, Dusherra and the New Years Eve.

The belief is that events inculcate a feeling of oneness amongst employees while they celebrate or participate in the events together.
